Development of an Innovative Learning Methodology Aiming to Optimise Learners’ Spatial Conception in an Online Mechanical CAD Module During COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic struck humanity in February 2020. Closures of educational institutions, worldwide, resulted to the creation emergency remote teaching environments as a substitute face learning. disruption caused academic community has stimulated innovative learning methods within all levels sector. New parameters affecting knowledge transmission are getting involved while students follow courses apart on common virtual environment. This research is based first-semester Mechanical Engineering CAD module tertiary education. A strategy been applied by reforming traditional face-to-face leaning mode fully have tested using statistical analysis and shown contribute significantly students’ spatial perception 2-Dimentional Drawings. outcomes this reveal novel that improved achievements during lockdown. Specific aspects can be considered sustainable their return back normality.
